The Role We're looking for an Associate Student-Alumni Advisor to join our Alumni Support & Engagement (ASE) Team in Mumbai. This isn't a 9-to-5 job—it's a calling to transform young lives.

You'll

Guide Grade 8-10 students through career exploration (psych testing, 1:1 counselling, group sessions)

Manage FYJC & FYUG admissions for 2 schools (timelines, coordination, end-to-end support)

Organize alumni networking events and mentorship programs

Build relationships with students, parents, teachers, school leadership

Track data, measure impact, adapt programs

Who We Need ✅ 1-2 years of education/development sector experience ✅ Classroom facilitation or student counselling background ✅ Fluent in English, Hindi,



Marathi ✅ Ownership mindset—you thrive in ambiguity & take charge ✅ Genuine empathy & belief in student potential
