HappyLocate is hiring for Inside Sales Associates looking for candidates who are passionate about Sales, Confident, Energetic & Solid Sales Aptitude.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat & and by Email.
- Manage end-to-end customer life cycle: from customer on-boarding to post-service engagement with customers.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.




- Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion.

Qualifications

-At least 0.6 of sales experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Conversational at Hindi Speaking
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
