Role Summary

Provides Software Asset Management (SAM) support through a strong understanding of software licensing guidelines for products such as Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, SAM Pro, and Flexera. Uses data analysis, asset management tools (SCCM, JAMF, ServiceNow), and effective communication to support software governance and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Solid understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and the software asset lifecycle.




- Knowledge of software licensing guidelines for Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, SAM Pro, Flexera, and similar products.
- Analyze software inventory and licensing data using Microsoft Excel to support business decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across different geographies.
- Work with asset management tools such as SCCM, JAMF, SNOW, and ServiceNow.
- Handle Service Desk requests and work in shifts based on business requirements.
- Identify software optimization, cost-saving, and risk mitigation opportunities.
- Partner with architects, system administrators, project managers, finance teams, and engineers to manage software assets effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Software Licensing, or Software Asset Management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts to support a 24x7 global environment.
