Roles and Responsibilities
- Work on quick fixes, submit code on Java/Python production
- Work on development of current products iteratively by building quick POCs and converting ideas into real products
- Develop workflows and ETL/ELT code using Python, Java and C++ based internal Framework.
- Build resilient data pipelines for reporting and Monitoring use cases
- Have a passion for delivering zero defect code and be responsible for ensuring the team's deliverables meet or exceed the prescribed defect SLA
- Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a exact and timely manner.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of developed pipelines, processes, and tools. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, software engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and implement data solutions that enhance the search platform. Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Perform other tasks on R&D;, data governance, data security, system infrastructure, and other cross team functions, on an as-needed basis.
