We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate/Senior Associate- Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the client base.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with clients.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.




- Prepare and present reports on client performance and market insights to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, or sales in a relevant industry.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
