About Dhillon White Consultancy India Private Limited (Backend Office)

DW India serves as the dedicated backend support office for Ocean Breeze CPA, providing operational and administrative assistance to the firm's Canadian offices. The India team works closely with onshore staff to support accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, client administration, invoicing, and other business operations. By delivering efficient, accurate, and timely support, the backend office helps ensure seamless service delivery and enables the Canadian teams to focus on client-facing activities.

JD for Manager/Assistant Manager

Salary: 14 to 18 LPA

Experience: 4-8 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Canadian accounting and assurance practice from our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Canadian financial reporting and taxation, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage client engagements while mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review year-end engagements, including Audits, Reviews, Notice to Reader (Compilation) engagements, and Corporate Tax Returns (T2).
- Review financial statements prepared under ASPE and IFRS, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and reporting standards.
- Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Canadian partners and clients, addressing technical queries and engagement-related matters.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of Associates and Senior Associates, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor team workload to ensure efficient utilization of resources.




- Conduct technical training sessions and learning workshops to enhance the team's knowledge of Canadian accounting, auditing, and taxation.
- Review working papers, identify risks, and ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards.
- Assist in resolving complex accounting, audit, and tax issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives, automation, and implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate with the Canadian onshore team on day-to-day engagement planning and execution.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6-10 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with exposure to Canadian accounting and taxation.
- Strong technical knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS), and corporate financial reporting.
- Experience in managing audits, reviews, compilations, and corporate tax engagements.
- Proven experience in team management, client relationship management, and engagement planning.
- Strong review skills with the ability to identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with CaseWare, TaxPrep, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
- Exposure to T1, T2, HST/GST, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience in coaching team members and driving continuous learning initiatives.

Education & Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in public accounting.

Additional Requirements

- Flexible to work with Canadian time zones and willing to attend evening/night calls, whenever required, to coordinate with the Canadian team and clients.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

JD for Associate/Senior Associate Salary: 9 to 12 LPA

Experience: 2-4 Years

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountants to join our office in Indian, an extended office of Canada practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our Canadian team and clients, supporting a wide range of assurance, accounting, and taxation engagements while delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare year-end engagements, including Audits, Reviews, Notice to Reader (Compilation) engagements, and Corporate Tax Returns (T2).
- Assist in the preparation of Personal Tax Returns (T1).
- Work directly with the Canadian onshore team to deliver high-quality files within budget and deadlines.
- Take ownership of client engagements and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.
- Respond to day-to-day requests from the Canadian team relating to accounting, audit, bookkeeping, and tax matters.
- Prepare and review working papers and financial statements in accordance with Canadian accounting and assurance standards.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve queries and ensure smooth completion of engagements.
- Maintain effective communication with the onshore team and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with exposure to Canadian accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of audit and review engagements.
- Working knowledge of CaseWare, TaxPrep, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Education & Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
- 2-4 years of relevant public accounting experience.
