About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and execution-focused Associate Product Manager to join our Product team.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to build and improve digital products that power Katyayani's ecosystem. You will own features from ideation to launch, translate business problems into product solutions, and continuously improve the user experience through data-driven decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and building products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear acceptance criteria.
- Create user flows, wireframes, process maps, and functional specifications for new features.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Own feature execution from planning and development through testing, launch, and post-release improvements.
- Define and document business processes, user journeys, edge cases, and product workflows.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and customer needs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality before releases.
- Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate A/B testing and product experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve product issues in collaboration with Engineering teams.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and convert them into scalable product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and end users.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Preferred Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a bias for execution.
Good to Have
- Experience working on E-commerce, Marketplace, SaaS, Consumer Internet, or Agritech products.
- Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
- Exposure to mobile applications and web-based products.
- Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable product improvements.
What We're Looking For We value people who think beyond documentation and enjoy solving business problems through technology.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, asks the right questions, uses data to validate decisions, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality products. If you're someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys learning quickly, and wants to build products with real-world impact, you'll fit right in.
