Role Overview – Associate Product Manager The Associate Product Manager in the AML domain will support the end-to-end lifecycle of AML products, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and post-launch enhancements. This full-time, on-site role at Clari5 involves collaborating with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to define product features, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely releases aligned with regulatory and business needs.

The role includes analyzing customer, regulatory, and market requirements; translating complex AML and compliance objectives into clear product specifications; and assisting in product roadmap development.

The Associate Product

Manager will conduct detailed design requirement gathering sessions with clients, travel for client interactions, participate in solution design discussions, review product performance and user feedback, and contribute to documentation,



and internal training related to AML capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be able to interface and collaborate with a positive attitude across all stakeholders, bring an analytical mindset, and leverage available AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Gamma, etc.) to work effectively. Strong ability to present product demonstrations to clients is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of AML products — from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and post-launch enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to define product features, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Analyze customer, regulatory, and market requirements, and translate complex AML and compliance objectives into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Assist in the development of the product roadmap in line with regulatory and business needs.
- Conduct detailed DRG (Design Requirement Gathering) sessions with clients; travel as needed for DRG sessions and client interactions.
- Participate in solution design discussions with cross-functional and client teams.
- Review product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to product documentation, client demos,



and internal training related to AML capabilities.
- Interface and collaborate positively with all stakeholders, applying an analytical mindset to problem-solving.
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Gamma, and similar) to improve productivity and the quality of product outputs.
- Deliver client-facing demonstrations and presentations of the product.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in AML and financial crime domain, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks, transaction monitoring, and risk management concepts.
- Product management capabilities including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and user story writing using JIRA, Rocketlane, or a similar framework.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data analysis, KPIs, and translating insights into product improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with technical teams, business users, and external clients.
- Understanding of BFSI operations, fintech or regtech solutions, and enterprise software implementation practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced or specialized certifications in AML, compliance, or product management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a quick-paced, innovation-focused environment.
