- Conditions Management
- Title Review & Closing Coordination
- Experience with Mortgage LOS platforms such as Encompass, Empower, BytePro, Calyx Point, LendingPad, LoanSphere, ICE Mortgage Technology, Blend, DocuSign, Optimal Blue or similar tools ⭐ Ideal Candidate Experience:
- Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA,



Jumbo, Refinance, Purchase, HELOC, or other US Mortgage products
- Managing multiple loan files independently
- Reviewing documentation before underwriting submission
- Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the mortgage lifecycle ❌ Profiles that may not be considered:
- Underwriting-only experience
- Data entry or document indexing-only roles
