Role Description The Associate Partnership Operations Intern will support the day-to-day management of partner relationships and operational processes. This internship role is based in office in Gurugram and involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities include assisting with data collection and reporting, tracking performance metrics, supporting partner onboarding activities, and resolving basic partner queries. The intern will help streamline workflows, update documentation,



and contribute to improving processes that enhance partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Operations skills, including process coordination, documentation, and basic project tracking.

Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare simple reports, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle partner queries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort with spreadsheets and basic productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or collaboration platforms is an advantage.

Interest in edtech, partnerships, and operations; prior internship or project experience in related areas is a plus.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
