BA Functional:
- Worked as a BSA for Last 3+ years
- Last 2+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience
- Good communication, Team player and positive attitude
- Ability to individually contribute and manage BSA for the track on his own
- Scrum methodology
- Flexible to do testing as per the need
- Flexible to learn and adopt other technology
CRM functional:
- Worked as functional for Last 5+ years
- Last 2+ years in Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience
- Good communication, Team player and positive attitude
- Ability to individually contribute and manage BSA for the track on his own
- Scrum methodology
- Adaptable to do testing as per the need
- Flexible to learn and adopt other technology
- Exposure to QA will be beneficial
CRM Technical:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules
- Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc..., server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies
- Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX
- Developing REST APIsIntegration experience with external systems through REST API’s. Both with and without middleware.
- Server administration and Deployment for MSCRM application.
- Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.
- Working with Power apps
- Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics feature.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
