- Creative Project Oversight : Lead creative projects, gathering requirements for design work, ensuring team delivers on time and meets quality standards.
- Requirement Gathering & Task Allocation : Collect design requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks for the appropriate team members.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication : Act as the main point of contact for all design-related requests, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and design teams, and managing expectations throughout the process.
- Design Workflow & Prioritization : Own the design project backlog, prioritize tasks based on business needs, and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Jira & Project Tracking : Set up and manage Jira boards for design projects, track the status of tasks, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Quality Assurance & Design Performance : Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and meets required quality standards. Track design performance, making improvements where needed.

Who you are and what you bring

- Experience :



5+ years in digital organizations, ideally with experience in web SaaS, eCommerce, or C reative agencies.

Experience in managing design projects is a plus.

- Design Project Management : Familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira. Strong experience managing creative workflows from brief to final delivery.
- Design Process Knowledge : Solid understanding of the design process, including UI/UX design, animation, and video production, with the ability to delegate tasks to specialists.
- Organizational & Analytical Skills : Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Communication & Collaboration : Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions across teams and at all levels, including stakeholders and leadership.
- Education : Bachelors degree in digital marketing , w eb d esign, User experience , Digital Media, IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
