- PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
- Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to requirements
- Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
- Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
- Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
- Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
- Techno-commercial negotiations
- Preparation of NFA
- Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
- Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
- Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements

Qualifications
B.E. /B. Tech .
5-10 years functional role, having experience of working for Civil related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and experience of working in SAP/ERP system/Ariba would be preferred
