Job Overview : We are looking for an Associate Interior Designer to become a core part of our journey. If you have 2–4 years of experience and feel restricted by rigid corporate structures, this role offers you direct ownership of projects and a clear pathway to leadership. You will work alongside the founders, balancing creative aesthetics with practical, industry-standard execution.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Design & Concept Development - Create aesthetically appealing, functional layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations based on client briefs. 2.

Technical

Drafting - Develop flawless, industry-standard working drawings (GFCs), including detailed electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and false ceiling layouts.

- Site Coordination - Visit project sites proactively to check alignment between drawings and ongoing construction, resolving vendor or contractor queries.




- Material selections & Research - Being actively involved in material selections & understanding sourceing materials, finishes, and fixtures which are presently in trend. 5.

Client

Interaction - Assist in presenting design pitches to clients and clearly communicate design choices.

Required Qualifications & Expertise : 1.

Education - Bachelor’s Degree or Qualified Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field. 2.

Experience - 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial interior design. 3.

Software

Mastery - Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD (for technical drafting) and SketchUp, Enscape & 3ds Max (for 3D modeling and rendering). Knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, or Photoshop is a strong plus. 4.

Technical

Knowledge - Clear understanding of basic anthropometrics, construction details, modular woodwork fabrication, and material costing. 4.
