Position description:

Support Business Verticals for Employee Lifecycle Act as a People Champion for dedicated business units and manage the workforce efficiently.

Business as Usual - This part involves HR transactions like Induction, Employee Lifecycle

Management, Attrition Analysis, Employee Grievances, Stakeholder Management, Exit

Management, etc.

Sound understanding of PMS and OKR based methodology for goal settings.

Drive engagement initiatives like rewards & recognition, CSR activities and business specific employee engagement.

Having good knowledge of HR Compliance & policy making.

Effective usage of key HR tools used within the HR Operations to manage daily BAU operations

Be proactive in flagging any gaps in process and work with delivery leads to take necessary steps to fix the gaps identified
