About the Role

We are looking for a passionate HR professional to join our HR Consulting team. This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with business owners, leadership teams and client HR teams to strengthen their people practices and HR systems.

The role requires a strong understanding of the complete employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire) and the ability to guide clients on HR processes, policies, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, organization development and HR best practices.

This is not an operational HR role. Instead, you will act as an HR consultant, advisor and implementation partner, helping clients build and strengthen their HR function.

Key Responsibilities

HR Consulting & Advisory

- Work closely with client leadership and HR teams to understand business and people challenges.
- Provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle.
- Participate in client meetings, HR reviews and project discussions.
- Support implementation of HR frameworks, processes and best practices.

HR Policies & Process Design

- Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies, Frameworks, employee handbooks, SOPs and HR manuals.
- Recommend process improvements aligned with business needs.
- Support clients in standardising HR practices and documentation.

Performance Management Systems

- Support clients in designing and implementing PMS frameworks.
- Facilitate goal-setting, review and performance calibration processes.
- Assist managers and HR teams in effective performance conversations.
- Support implementation of competency frameworks and development plans.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Design and recommend employee engagement initiatives.




- Conduct employee feedback discussions and pulse checks.
- Support clients in strengthening workplace culture and employee experience.

Learning & Development

- Support identification of training and development needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR-related learning interventions.
- Assist in creating training content, toolkits, and learning materials.

HR Audits & Compliance Reviews

- Participate in HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Support clients in strengthening HR governance and documentation.

Organization Development

- Assist in organization structure reviews.
- Support role clarity initiatives and development.
- Participate in workforce planning and HR transformation projects.

Project Management & Documentation

- Prepare client presentations, reports, trackers and project documents.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
- Support development of HR toolkits, templates, and consulting deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduate with relevant HR consulting or HRBP experience may also apply.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Exposure to multiple HR functions across the employee lifecycle.




- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Experience in HR consulting, HRBP, or strategic HR roles will be an advantage.
- Manufacturing industry exposure will be preferred.
- Location: Pune (Travel Required within the city)

- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to conduct client discussions confidently.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
