Job Title: Associate –Trade Support Department: Market Operations About Business line/Function: Product Control is part of COCE (Client Operating Centre of Excellence), performing multiple Middle Office functions.

Control have 6 verticals - P&L; and Valuation Controls, OTC Trade Validation, Securities Trade Validation & Documentation, OTC Documentation, Trading & Portfolio Control and Position Management. Team works very closely with Trading, Sales, Business Managers and various FtB teams like Back Office, Regional Finance and COO community Position Purpose: The EQD trade support is one of the main contributor of the bank in term of ensuring the accuracy of the transaction initiated by the trading after their execution. In his very specific position in the operation chain the trade support will liaise with several teams such as FO, documentation, settlement BO, collateral, PnL reporting factory, anti-fraud, compliance, IT, accounting etc Our mandate is to transform the post execution chain into a safer process with a harmonized and industrialized platform by increasing efficiency and reducing the operation risk.

Main point of contact for the Business and Operations on new initiatives, structures, projects, production issues and incidents.

Follow up on projects and current business initiative, audit and transformation initiatives related to the Trade Support

Follow up on the new controls to put in place on the FO business initiatives and their materialization under clear writing procedure and Orus daily control and sign off

Builds a diverse and competent team able to meet the challenges of supporting a complex and very specific growing business.

Contributes to recruitment, retention and development of staff

Undertakes the appraisal process and recommendation for compensation of staff
