Role Objective To lead and scale the B2C Solar business by driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion through a robust channel and EPC partner ecosystem. The role is responsible for owning the end-to-end consumer business lifecycle—from go-to- market strategy, sales, and customer acquisition to installation and after-sales experience—while ensuring operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

Work Experience:

10–15 years of experience in n Sales and Business Development within the solar or renewable energy industry.

Demonstrated experience in managing channel partners, EPCs.

Role Responsibilities:

Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through a robust network of Channel Partners, Dealers, Distributors, and EPC partners.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and installation targets while ensuring operational excellence.

Develop sales strategies, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.





Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle management, ensuring superior customer experience from lead generation and sales to installation and after-sales support.

Own end-to-end installation lifecycle through EPC partners, ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.

Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, consumer promotions, pricing, and demand-generation initiatives to accelerate business growth.

Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance capability, drive performance, and achieve business objectives.

Review business performance regularly and present actionable insights, growth plans, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
