The Successful Applicant

- 8-12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or OD

- Strong business and commercial acumen with data-driven mindset

- Proven experience solving complex organizational challenges

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Experience in high-growth, startup, or multi-business environments preferred

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations

- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
