Jubilant Pharmova Limited is an integrated global pharmaceutical company engaged in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, Contract Development and Manufacturing of sterile injectable, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing, Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses. The Position

Job Summary: - The incumbent will be responsible for the enterprise-wide executive compensation and compensation operations functions. Executive compensation responsibilities include providing leadership, direction, and functional expertise for Jubilant’ s senior level employee compensation programs including cash and equity based elements with the ability to design competitive plans and programs. The role will also be responsible for development and preparation of all required disclosures and materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Compensation operations responsibilities include leadership and direction of all aspects of compensation operations inclusive of the compensation administrations processes, data analytics, and reporting.
Collaborating across all areas of the organization, this role is a key HR leadership role that will be responsible for compensation philosophy, strategy, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Head of Compensation & Benefits, to conceptualize, design and deliver various compensation programs for executive.
- Review and design retention program in line with business requirements.
- Work closely with the broader HR and Leadership teams to develop and implement a strategy that delivers a competitive mix of cash and equity elements of total compensation.
- Effectively communicate and provide education and training material to support compensation programs and processes.
- Review the design of the organization’s short-term incentive bonus and long-term incentive equity plans and ensure they are fit for purpose and market competitive.
- Provide consultation and recommendations on executive compensation for all VP and above organization wide and evaluate all market data for executive positions.
- Prepare compensation decks of KMP/Sr Management for NRC & Board meetings.
- Review and design various incentive programs including sales incentive program.
- Develop and run key C&B; Analytics for the HRLT
- Compensation lead for the overall cyclical compensation review processes, systems, and reporting.
- Lead the compensation reporting and analysis function to drive quality, data integrity, audit, and accuracy for compensation programs and decisions.
- Coordinate with the team administering Jubilant’s equity plan including managing the third party vendor relationship and all plan communications. Manage the processes and act as the subject matter expert to ensure effective coordination of all activities between payroll, HRIS, accounting, secretarial and the vendor for all grant and vesting events.
The Person Qualifications & Experience: -
- Master’s degree in HR and/or compensation certification a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 7 years in executive compensation.
- Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills evidenced through experience collaborating with senior level executives across HR, Finance, Legal, and the C-suite to implement new plans and/or changes to existing plans.
