Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Delivery Excellence to lead large-scale delivery operations and drive operational excellence across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in service delivery, Quality Assurance, Digital Marketing, delivery governance, P&L; management, and client relationship management, with proven experience leading large cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Delivery Excellence initiatives across multiple business units and enterprise client engagements.
- Own end-to-end delivery governance, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and profitability across delivery portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop cross-functional teams of 250 professionals.
- Define, monitor, and improve delivery KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, utilization, and operational performance.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Digital Marketing, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on delivery predictability, resource optimization, customer success, and organizational growth.
- Partner with senior leadership and CXOs to align delivery strategy with business objectives.
- Manage project risks, stakeholder communication, escalations, and governance across all engagements.
