Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on technology leader to build our AI Products and Engineering practice. You will convert business problems into practical AI systems, define architecture, build prototypes, lead engineers and guide products from concept to deployment. This is not a conventional project management role. It is for someone who enjoys building, experimenting and solving complex problems in an early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of AI products, automation systems and client solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
- Build prototypes and guide them into reliable production systems.
- Recruit, lead and mentor software and AI engineers.
- Select suitable models, frameworks and infrastructure.
- Establish engineering, security, evaluation and monitoring standards.
- Convert recurring client requirements into reusable products.
- Help shape Humanity AI’s technology, product and intellectual property strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile





- We are looking for professionals with 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, product engineering or technology architecture.
- Candidates must have personally built meaningful AI applications, agents, automation systems or software products - professionally, independently or through a startup.
- You should understand contemporary AI models, agent frameworks, tool calling, retrieval systems, APIs, databases and automation platforms.
- The ideal candidate is curious, hands-on and proactive, with the ability to turn experiments into secure, reliable and commercially helpful products.
- Startup, founding or early-stage product experience will be a strong advantage.
- We are looking for a builder and potential product entrepreneur and not a conventional project manager.

Education

- B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, MS, MCA or equivalent qualification
- Relevant AI, cloud or software engineering certifications will be an advantage.
