Role Overview

We are looking for a consulting leader to help build and grow our AI Transformation practice. You will work closely with senior leadership teams to understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and design practical transformation roadmaps. This is not a software development role. It is a business consulting and transformation role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, influencing decision-makers, and driving organisational change. Key Responsibilities

- Own the development of the consulting pipeline, client relationships and growth of Humanity AI’s transformation practice.
- Analyse business processes across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Procurement and Customer Service.
- Design practical AI use cases, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Conduct CXO workshops and business discovery sessions.
- Present recommendations to leadership teams and build trusted client relationships.

Ideal Candidate

Profile

We are looking for professionals with 5–10 years of experience in business consulting, business transformation,



finance transformation, operational excellence, strategy, product consulting or business process improvement. Candidates may come from management consulting firms, enterprise transformation teams, technology organisations, Big Four firms, reputed Chartered Accounting firms or other client-facing advisory roles. An MBA is preferred.

However, we also welcome CA, ACCA and CMA professionals who have experience working closely with business owners, promoters or leadership teams and have a strong interest in business transformation and AI adoption. Prior AI expertise is not essential. With the right candidate, we will provide the guidance and exposure needed to become an AI Transformation Leader.

We are looking for structured thinkers, excellent communicators, and business problem-solvers who enjoy helping organisations navigate change.

Education • MBA, CA, ACCA or CMA with a robust consulting, advisory, business transformation or client facing background preferred.

- Candidates from IIMs, NITs, CUSAT, SCMS, Rajagiri and other reputed institutions are encouraged to apply. Language • Excellent English communication skills.
- Malayalam fluency preferred.
