Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Bharuch, Gujarat

Practice: Multi-specialty dental clinic under the supervision of a Principal Dental Surgeon (8+ years experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice in Bharuch. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career dentists to gain hands-on experience while working under the mentorship of an experienced Principal Dental Surgeon.

Eligibility Criteria

- BDS degree from a recognized university
- 1-2 years of clinical experience OR completed 6-12 months of internship
- Valid Gujarat Dental Council registration (or in application)
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English

Role & Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

- Perform routine dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Conduct restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Assist or Take Lead in root canal treatments and extractions
- Perform scaling, polishing, and preventive care procedures
- Handle emergency dental cases during OPD hours
- Conduct OPD & Patient Counceling for advised treatment.

Patient Management:

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care




- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Build rapport with patients to ensure repeat visits and referrals

Practice Support:

- Assist Principal Surgeon during complex procedures
- Supervise and guide junior staff and dental assistants
- Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed
- Contribute to practice growth through patient satisfaction

Administrative:

- Coordinate with the front desk for patient scheduling
- Manage inventory of consumables and materials
- Participate in continuing education and skill development
- Take initiative in patient care & management & clinic's managment
