Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards connected to Salesforce data exports, covering Sales funnel metrics, dealer performance, lead qualification rates, EW/RSA subscription status, and accessory revenue
- Own the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence for Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
- Develop and standardize Excel/Sheets-based reporting templates for recurring business reviews and management decks
- Translate ad-hoc data requests from internal teams into structured, reusable reports
- Conduct regular data quality audits across the Salesforce org — identifying gaps, duplicates, incorrect mappings, and missing values in lead, order, invoice, and warranty data
- Support Extended Warranty (EW) and RSA reconciliation against partner portals — flagging discrepancies and preparing structured action lists for resolution
- Maintain master data files for dealer codes, store names, Pincode-to-dealer mappings,
and seller IDs — ensuring accuracy and version control
- Assist the Product Owner in validating CRM/DMS features during UAT — running test cases, logging defects, and tracking resolution
- Prepare structured defect logs and test reports for developer review
- Document data flows and business rules for key processes (lead lifecycle, order-to-invoice, EW/RSA subscription) to build institutional knowledge
- Monitor integration health reports (lead API success/failure rates, RSA subscription failures) and flag anomalies proactively
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboard creation
- Working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau — ability to build reports, create calculated measures, and connect to data sources
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with large datasets and reconciliation tasks
- Valuable written communication skills — ability to summarize findings clearly for non-technical stakeholders
- A structured, process-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Prior internship experience in business operations, data analytics, or product support
- Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) — even at a basic level
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic data manipulation functions
- Interest in the EV / automotive industry is a plus
