This is an entry-level role within the AlignAPAC Analytics team, which is currently expanding and delivering value by enabling growth and operational efficiencies. It presents a great prospect for someone early in their career who is keen to learn about full-stack analytics, including dataset building, Power BI visualizations, and machine learning model development.

Role Expectations

- Learn the data flow mechanisms that power datasets and Power BI visualizations at Align.
- Collaborate closely with senior analytics resources to automate analytic workflows.
- Assist in cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing datasets for various projects.
- Develop datasets on the Azure cloud to capture customer behaviors related to product usage, clinical event participation, and sales engagement.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for reporting and analysis.
- Administer and automate Power BI access control and security privileges.




- Develop visualizations and analysis tools to improve efficiency for the analytics and marketing teams.
- Provide ad hoc analytics support to the marketing and business teams through exploratory data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and Python.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 0–1 year of experience in dataset building and automation.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.
- Preferred working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Comfort working with data, databases, and tables—whether structuring models in Dataverse or building meaningful visuals in Power BI.
- A business-oriented mindset and innate curiosity.
- Understanding of statistical models and hypothesis testing.
