We are looking for passionate and motivated AI Engineers to join our AI Venture Studio. This is an excellent prospect for early-career professionals to work on cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies and contribute to the development of proprietary AI products.
You will be trained to build enterprise-grade AI solutions, including domain-specific Small Language Models (SLMs), intelligent document processing, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, AI-powered APIs, and enterprise automation solutions.
You will work alongside experienced architects and AI engineers to develop reusable AI components that can be applied across multiple industry verticals such as Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Legal. Key Responsibilities
AI Development
Develop AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks. Assist in building and fine-tuning domain-specific Small Language Models (SLMs). Develop intelligent document processing and OCR solutions.
Build
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. Implement semantic search using vector databases. Develop AI inference APIs and microservices. Data Engineering
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets. Create data pipelines for AI model training. Perform data annotation and validation. Generate embeddings and maintain vector databases.
Software
Engineering
Develop REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. Build reusable backend components. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and unit testing. AI Platform
Contribute to model evaluation and testing. Deploy AI services using container technologies. Support AI model monitoring and performance optimization. Maintain model documentation and experiment tracking. Team Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners to understand business requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. Collaborate with architects and senior engineers. ontinuously learn emerging AI technologies.
Required Skills Programming
Python (Preferred) Basic knowledge of C#, Java, or JavaScript is an advantage Fundamentals
Object-Oriented Programming Data Structures and Algorithms SQL and basic database concepts REST APIs Git version control AI & Machine Learning
Basic understanding of
