Role Description The Associate Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Shivajinagar area. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing insurance advisors, and supporting them in achieving sales and productivity targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding advisors on product offerings, helping them conduct need-based financial planning for customers, and driving life insurance sales through agency channels.

The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular review meetings and training sessions,



and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.

The Associate Agency Development

Manager collaborates with branch teams and other stakeholders to meet business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development abilities, including experience in insurance or financial services, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Skills in team building, mentorship, and people management, with the ability to recruit, train, and develop agency advisors.

Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to support need-based selling and long-term client engagement.

Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly and conduct effective training sessions.

Good organizational and planning skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, finance, or marketing is preferred.

Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial products distribution is an advantage.

Willingness to work in office in the Pune Shivajinagar area and travel locally for advisor and client meetings as required.
