Role Description The Associate AI Backend Engineer (Fresher) role is a full-time position. It will be initially based out of Raurkela, Odisha with an opportunity to be forward-deployed engineer as part of our expansion plan. You will work closely with our core engineering team to design, build, and deploy high-concurrency backend systems and AI-driven microservices.

What will you do

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices.
- Integrate public LLM APIs and orchestrate AI workflows to build intelligent features.
- Contribute to the development of autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.
- Design and manage database schemas for both relational and non-relational data architectures.




- Collaborate with the technical lead to deploy and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

What are we looking for:

- The candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication in English and Hindi , and a high standard of personal integrity and empathy.

- Core Programming: Strong proficiency in Python or Java . (Expertise in one and a working knowledge of both is highly desirable).
- Backend Frameworks:

Hands-on knowledge of the latest versions of modern frameworks like FastAPI (Python) or Spring Boot (Java).

- Database Foundations: A solid understanding of

PostgreSQL for relational data, coupled with a good grasp of various NoSQL solutions (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).

- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with deploying and managing services on contemporary cloud platforms.

AWS is highly preferred, but knowledge of Azure or GCP is acceptable.

- Applied AI & GenAI: Demonstrable knowledge of:
- Integrating Public LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).

- AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex .
- The fundamentals of Agentic AI and building multi-agent systems.
- AI workflow automation platforms.
