: Review and organize records received from claimants by thoroughly examining incoming records to determine their content and relevance, and then segregating them into designated categories such as medical, non-medical, and bill to ensure accurate and effective

- Responsibilities: Accurately process endorsement requests for auto and home insurance policies including policy modifications coverage additions and other adjustments as requested by policyholders or agents

- Review existing policies to ensure that requested endorsement comply with underwriting guidelines and company policies

- Verify all necessary information before processing changes

- Maintain data integrity and accuracy

- Ensure that all endorsements are processed in accordance with regulatory requirement and company standards including adherence to state specific insurance laws





- Identify and resolve any discrepancy or issues that arise during endorsement process

- Stay updated on changes in company policies procedure and industry regulation related to auto and home insurance endorsements

Qualifications: Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree

Technical Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

Analytical Skills

- Able to make decisions following the process guidelines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

Process Specific Skills

- Good knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance domain is preferred

Soft Skills (Minimum)

- Good communication skills (written & verbal- CEF B1-5)

- Good comprehension skills
