We're looking for an AVP / VP – Finance who combines strong financial governance with commercial acumen and enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

*Financial Control & Compliance

*Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations with strong governance and compliance.

*Drive accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closures.

*Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits independently.

*Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, direct and indirect taxation.

*Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, treasury, and cash flow management.

Business Partnering

*Build insightful MIS dashboards for leadership.

*Partner with business teams on budgeting,



unit economics, cost optimization, and expansion decisions.

*Support Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and strategic financial planning.

*Work closely with senior leadership, auditors, and investors to drive data-backed business decisions.

Technology & Process Excellence

*Own Oracle NetSuite ERP operations and drive finance automation initiatives.

*Support Salesforce-based billing and revenue tracking.

*Build scalable reporting dashboards and improve finance processes through technology.

What We're Looking For

*Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

*AVP: 8–12 years of post-qualification experience

*Robust expertise in Financial Control, Compliance, Accounting, Taxation, AP, MIS, and Business Finance.

*Experience in service, retail, education, healthcare, or other multi-location consumer businesses preferred.

*Prior experience in PE-backed or investor-funded organizations is an advantage.

*Hands-on exposure to Oracle NetSuite (preferred), ERP systems, and advanced

Excel/dashboard reporting.

*Strong stakeholder management, commercial mindset, and leadership capabilities.

*Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
