- Process: BFSI Industry
- Shifts: Rotational Shift (Flexible to support Mexico & Brazil operations)
- Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 week offs
- Location - Indore
- Education - Graduation (Minimum)

Responsibilities:

- Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Learning & Development.
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing a training team within an International BPO setting.
- Strong BFSI experience with exposure to:

- Fraud Operations

- Credit Card Services
- Chargebacks & Disputes
- Risk & Compliance

- Financial Services Operations
