Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support the Mother Teacher in managing classroom activities and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate should be patient, caring, and passionate about working with young children.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Mother Teacher in planning and conducting classroom activities.

Support students during lessons, activities, and playtime.

Help maintain discipline and a protected, nurturing classroom environment.

Assist in preparing teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials.





Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the Mother Teacher.

Help manage classroom routines, attendance, and student records.

Support children with personal care needs when required.

Supervise students during meals, assemblies, field trips, and other school activities.

Encourage positive behavior and social development among students.

Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and parent interactions.

Qualifications & Skills :

NTT , MTT , Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards children

Basic understanding of classroom teaching methods

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
