Role Description The Assistant Store Manager role at V TRENDZ Retail LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Kishanganj. The role involves supporting overall store operations, including planning daily activities, supervising team members, and ensuring smooth floor management.

The Assistant Store

Manager helps drive sales, monitors stock levels, supports visual merchandising, and maintains store standards in line with company guidelines. This position focuses strongly on delivering a positive customer experience, resolving customer concerns,



and maintaining high levels of service quality. The role also includes assisting in loss prevention measures, tracking store performance, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with the Store Manager on staffing, training, and store initiatives.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating a positive in-store experience.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.

Candidates should possess Store Management capabilities, including basic knowledge of merchandising, inventory handling, and staff coordination.

Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention awareness to help minimize shrinkage and maintain compliance with store policies.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fashion or value retail, basic understanding of sales reporting, team leadership abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced store environment.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a degree in retail management or business-related fields is an advantage.
