Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Katwa-I, responsible for supporting overall store operations and performance. This role involves supervising daily sales activities, guiding store teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

Manager helps manage inventory, coordinates stock replenishment, and supports implementation of retail loss prevention measures. The role includes monitoring key performance indicators,



assisting with staff scheduling and training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.

Manager works closely with the Store Manager to drive revenue growth, maintain operational discipline, and deliver a consistent brand experience. Qualifications

Graduation Prefered Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering a premium retail experience.

Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide store teams, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Experience in Store Management, including supervising daily operations, managing staff, and supporting sales targets.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including adherence to procedures that safeguard inventory and cash.

Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred, with understanding of visual merchandising and brand standards.

Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

Robust organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline; retail management or business-related education is an advantage.
