Assistant Store Manager Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and support store staff to achieve operational and performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate order processing, packing, and timely dispatch.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Assist in achieving sales and productivity targets through effective team coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 13 years of experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or store operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and operational processes.
- Proficient in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
