Role Description The Assistant role at SHOP-EASY is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. The Assistant will support daily operations, including coordinating product listings, assisting with order processing and tracking, and maintaining organized records of buyer and seller interactions.

The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing clear information on products and delivery, and helping resolve basic issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. The Assistant will collaborate with internal teams to facilitate promotions, verify details shared on Telegram channels,



and support the smooth functioning of customer support activities. This position requires consistent on-site presence to handle operational tasks and communicate efficiently with team members.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage product information, orders, and records efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages to interact with customers, sellers, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with messaging platforms (such as Telegram), online shopping processes, and simple data entry tools.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries calmly, provide accurate information, and support issue resolution.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate listings, correct order information, and reliable tracking updates.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Maharashtra, India, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is a plus.
