About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills and experience in B2B sales. Candidates from café operations with a strong commercial orientation are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for the specialty segment in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business reviews on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coffee, café, hospitality, food service, or specialty products.
- Candidates with experience in café operations and solid customer-facing exposure can also be considered.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management (IHM) or MBA is preferred. (Candidates from vending background are not preferred)
