Role Description The Assistant Reservations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily reservation operations and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. This role includes managing room inventory, handling inquiries and bookings across channels, and supporting rate and availability decisions in coordination with the sales and revenue teams. The individual will assist in training and guiding reservations staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve resolving guest issues, ensuring high standards of customer service, collaborating with front office and other departments, and supporting initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Reservations skills,



including managing bookings, coordinating room allocation, and using reservation and PMS software efficiently.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional interactions across phone, email, and online channels.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote room categories, packages, and services, and to contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling.

Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, coach team members on standards and systems, and help maintain consistent service quality.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience in hotel reservations or front office operations, preferably within boutique or luxury hospitality.

Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with data and reports for forecasting and planning.

Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively in an on-site environment in Jaipur and be flexible with schedules aligned to hotel operations.

A relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial; proficiency with common hotel software and MS Office tools is an advantage.
