Role Description The Assistant Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role supports the Property Manager in overseeing daily property operations, including tenant relations, administration, and maintenance activities. The role includes maintaining MEP/Soft Services/Horticulture/Pest Control across tower in the campuses.

Qualifications Qualifications – Assistant Property Manager (APM)

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Property/Facility Management in an Engineer or equivalent technical role, or a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager (APM).

Prior experience in managing commercial office parks, IT campuses, Grade-A buildings, or large corporate facilities is preferred.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety Systems, STP/WTP, DG operations, and Building Management Systems (BMS).





Experience in vendor management, AMC management, preventive maintenance, and statutory compliance.

Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, procurement, and facility operations.

Experience in client relationship management, handling escalations, and ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.

Ability to lead technical and soft service teams, coordinate projects, and manage day-to-day property operations.

Knowledge of statutory regulations, including electrical safety, fire safety, CEA/TNEB requirements, and other applicable compliance standards.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to work in a agile environment and respond to operational emergencies whenever required.
