Planning, monitoring, controlling & scheduling the project execution w.r.t. Time limit, Quality & safety.
Sound knowledge in reading the drawings and coordinating with the design team.
Implementation of ITPs.
Knowledge of HSE (Work Permit, Safety Checklist etc.)
Knowledge of Quality practices of Civil & MEP Services works.
Knowledge of Civil and Interior finishes.
Ensuring proper process being followed by contractor during execution
Ability to prepare Work Method statement and Risk analysis for Construction works
Knowledge of latest Technology
Releasing Daily Progress Report of the site
