About- Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded was established on September 17, 1994 by the Government of Maharashtra. The University caters to the southern part of the Marathwada region of Maharashtra covering four districts namely, Nanded, Latur, Parbhani and Hingoli.

This university obtained 2(f) and 12(B) recognition of UGC and achieved recognition, name and fame at the state, national and international level in the area of academic, research and innovation and extension activities. NAAC re-accredited ‘B++’ grade with CGPA 2.96 to University.

- Positive academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent Degree from an accredited Foreign University.
- Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
- Candidates, who have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph. D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges/Institutions.
- NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in Disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

Job/Position Description- Online applications in the prescribed format for Walk-In-Interview are invited from the candidates, fulfilling the qualifications as per UGC/AICTE/NCTE norms as the case may be, to work as Teachers on Clock Hour Basis in the University Departments/Courses (as per Annexure I) for academic year 2022-2023. Reservations distribution of Post’s:-

SC-35,ST-19,VJ(A)-08,NT(B)-07,NT(C)-09,NT(D)-05,

SBC-05,OBC-50,EWS-26, GENERAL-100 = Total-264

Allocation of teaching workload will be as per the Maharashtra Government Policy.

Remuneration to be paid to the Teachers on Clock Hour Basis (CHB) as per Government Resolutions and resolutions passed by the Management Council of this university in this regard will be as follows.

Teacher Tutor Theory:- Rs. 500/- per hour

Practical:- Rs. 200/- per hour Theory:- Rs. 300/- per hour

How To Apply- Online applications in the prescribed format are to be submitted on the University Website www.bamu.ac.in under the Recruitment heading. Original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.





Application made on plain paper or in the form of bio-data or CV shall not be entertained under any circumstances, whatsoever and the same will be rejected summarily. Also, applications received by E-mail and Fax shall not be entertained.

Self-attested copies of the certificates should be attached in support of the information given in the form wherever necessary and serial No. of enclosures attached should be indicated in the respective column given in the form. Any information contained in the attached certificates will not be considered unless it is claimed in the application form.

Index. Candidates should attach self-attested copies of the Caste Certificate or Caste Validity Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate wherever applicable. However, the original documents will be verified at the time of the interview.
