Role & responsibilities

1. To assist the Group Vice Chancellor in research-based strategic interventions resulting in creating global benchmarks for Chandigarh University and influencing Indian higher education policy for enabling student thriving and societal impact.

2. Partner in leading the Management Consulting India Group of the Academy of Management(AOM) such that there is greater and improved research publication from India at the AOM, reputed practitioner-oriented journals, and other A+ category journals.

3. Publish impactful papers

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should possess high learnability, robust values (positive attitude, solution-oriented, and empathy), and fire in the belly (high achievement motivation).

2. Doctorate in OB or Strategy or others as listed with a good publication record; AOM exposure and participation preferred.
3. . A team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

4. Strong in data analytics and hands-on experience with SPSS, AMOS and/or Smart PLS 3
