We're Hiring: Operations & Customer Experience Executive

We're looking for someone who is curious, organised, and eager to learn to join our team at ONEWAY .

This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and being part of a rapid-growing consumer brand.

What you'll be doing:

- Processing and managing daily website orders.
- Coordinating with our warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assisting customers with order updates, returns, exchanges, and general queries.
- Keeping track of operational tasks and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Supporting the founder with day-to-day coordination and office-related responsibilities.




- Helping us improve processes as ONEWAY continues to grow.
