Skill
- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical system, automation, Servo systems, Pneumatic systems, PLCs, etc.
- Hands on experience with Omron (NJ/Nx Series) and Mitsubishi (Q-Series ) PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with Robots like ( Universal, Omron, Fanuc, Mitsubishi) used in welding, Die casting & assembly lines.
Job Discription
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment such as servo motors, drives, PLC system, robots and sensors.
- Minimize machine downtime by quick fault diagnosis and repair, automated/robotic production lines.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, HMI and drives (Omron, Mitsubishi).
- Participate in WHY-WHY Analysis, 5S, Kaizens and TPM activites.
- Maintain daily logs, breakdown records and maintain history in CMMS.
- Maintain minimum stock level of critical spare parts, raise PR’s and coordinate with Tool room and purchase team.
Designation - Engineer (M-5)
Qulaification - BE / B.Tech Electrical
Year of Experience - 2 to 4 yrs
