Role & responsibilities:

- Machine Maintenance & Repair
- Supervise and perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of HK machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of machines.

- Maintenance Planning & Execution

- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules as per OEM guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely availability.

- Team Management & Training

- Guide, train, and support technicians and junior staff in maintenance activities.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution for quality and timeliness.
- Ensure the team follows safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Machine uptime 95% and reduction in unplanned breakdowns.
- Percentage preventive maintenance completed on schedule.
- Team training completion and SOP adherence.
- Safety compliance and zero major incidents.
- Timely vendor-supported maintenance and cost efficiency.
- Implementation of improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.
