This role focuses on creating a positive candidate experience, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including job postings, referrals, and social media outreach.

Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

9+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.

Robust communication and organizational skills
