This role is responsible for independently managing clients and finalization of valuation reports, efficiently managing a team that is undertaking valuation, including site inspection of Assets for loans (home loans / mortgages).
About the Role:
- Responsible for finalization of Valuation Reports
- Reviewing the site and comparable information for deriving the market value of the properties.
- End to end responsibility of client management. Interacting with the clients and managing the internal & external stakeholders
- Periodical training and review of the team s performance
About You:
- Excellent Communication Skills as well as negotiation power
- Team handling experience is a must
- Sound knowledge of the city s Real Estate Market
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
- 5 years and above experience in Valuations
- Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering
