Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including bulk hiring and mass recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the entire volume hiring process from sourcing to onboarding new employees, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in BFSI sector.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (BPO/Non IT Recruitment).
- Proven track record of success in bulk hiring, mass hiring, or volume hiring projects.
- Solid understanding of BFSI industry dynamics and current market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
