Assistant Manager - SCM Digitization Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Collaborate closely with suppliers and the CPI team to implement digital invoicing solutions. Ensure smooth transition from traditional invoicing methods to digital formats and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Monitor and report on implementation progress and effectiveness.
Actively participate in the development and integration of the Transport Management System under project VIHAAN. Coordinate with SCM and VIHAAN team to gather requirements and provide input for system improvements. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality meets project objectives.
Create a comprehensive roadmap for integrating AI and chatbots into the supply chain operations. Evaluate potential suppliers who provide AI and chatbot solutions. Conduct proof of concept (POC) trials and user acceptance testing (UAT)
to validate the effectiveness of the solutions.
Identify the avenues and implement the digital solution for the AD supply chain team. Utilize the Kinaxis platform for effective supply planning and demand forecasting. Work closely with supply chain planners to optimize processes and enhance platform utilization.
